Works from your own details
In live use the chatbot and the receptionist know your services, opening hours, prices and bays, and book into your real workshop calendar.
Seven demos run on this page: the chatbot is real, the receptionist plays a sample call and you can request a trial call to your own phone, and the CRM board, the automation, the deposit, the estimate and the parts finder show with sample data what happens around a job.
A real chatbot for a made-up sample garage: ask about opening hours, book a tyre change or an MOT, send a photo of a dashboard light. The booking shows up on the CRM board straight away.
A transcript of two calls: an evening tyre change booking in the busy season and an "is my car ready yet?" call. Then request a trial call to your own phone.
A board filled with sample data: number plate, vehicle and service history. A booking you make in the chatbot demo or in the chat lands here live.
From booking to review request: confirmation, a reminder 24 hours before, the car-ready message, MOT and tyre season reminders.
For a timing belt job, for example, the customer books online and pays the deposit by card straight away. If they do not show up, the deposit stays with the garage; you set the cancellation rule. This is a demo, no card is charged.
The mechanic marks findings green, amber or red. The customer gets a link, approves or declines each line, and the decision lands on the CRM card with a notification for you.
Type the part number in any spelling: with spaces, dashes, dots or lower case. The finder knows OEM, aftermarket and supplier numbers, flags superseded numbers, shows the best supplier offer and the selling price by your margin rule. It places the order with the supplier itself, above your limit after approval. Made-up sample data, no real order goes out.

In live use the confirmation, the reminder, the car-ready message and the review request go to the customer by text message or email, in your tone of voice.
Customers from calls, chat and online booking land in the same CRM, with the vehicle and its history. Here a board running in your browser shows it.
General tools with a public interface, calendar sync or a payment interface. I move the data from your old shop management software from an Excel or CSV export, and describe the exact connection in writing after the assessment.
Yes. The same language model answers as in live use, only with the details of a made-up sample garage. In live use it works from your own services, prices and calendar.
The chatbot demo conversation is saved so I can see how the demo is used; it never reaches a real garage. The CRM board, the automation, the estimate and the parts finder run only in your browser and can be cleared with the Reset button. A made-up name and number are fine.
Yes. Fill in the "Request a trial call" form with your number, and I'll call you back within 1 business day so you can hear it on your own phone.
It gives general information: the likely causes of a noise or a warning light, whether it is safe to keep driving and what to book. It never diagnoses for certain and does not quote a repair price. If the brakes, the steering or the tyres are affected, it tells the driver to stop safely, and in an emergency to call 999.
A 30-minute assessment. Then I write down which package to start with and exactly what it costs, setup fee and monthly fee included. I do the setup.
