Is there a setup fee?
With monthly billing, yes: a one-time fee that covers the setup, taking over your data and the trial week: Starter £259, Workshop £459, Network £909. With annual billing there is no setup fee.
What does annual billing cost?
With annual billing you pay 10 monthly fees, with no setup fee, and get 12 months. Annual fee per package: Starter £2,290, Workshop £4,290, Network £7,490.
Can I buy a single module?
Yes. Every module is available on its own, from £89 a month, with a £199 one-time setup fee with monthly billing (Receptionist Start has none and comes with a 7-day free trial). The pairs bundle 2 or 3 modules for less, and you can move up to a package at any time.
What decides the exact price?
The package or modules you pick and your call volume. Starter includes 100 call minutes a month, Workshop 500, Network 1,500. If you expect more calls, the +500 call minutes add-on gives 500 more for £229 a month.

What's included in the monthly fee?
Use of the system, maintenance, updates, changes to texts and rules, and support. Anything charged separately is agreed in writing beforehand and only with your approval.
Can I switch package?
Yes, from the next billing period. You can start with Starter and move up when you need to.
What is the notice period?
Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice; annual plans run for 12 months. The details are in the terms. The data belongs to the garage: when the contract ends, you get a full export.
